New Ownership!
KCHA is under new ownership and management.
Effective September 1, 2007, Coloff Media, and it's subsidiary, North Iowa Broadcasting, operate KCHA Radio. The company also owns KLKK and 98.7 KISS Country in Mason City; KIOW in Forest City; KCZE in New Hampton, KCVM/KCNZ/KDNZ in Cedar Falls; KMCH in Manchester.
North Iowa Broadcasting is a family owned business, operated by Iowa broadcasters with over 105 years of local broadcast experience.
Former owner, Clear Channel Communications of San Antonio, Texas, no longer has any interest in the radio station.

Jim Coloff of North Iowa Broadcasting was named the 2007 Broadcaster of the Year by the Iowa Broadcasters Association.
